Eat Together, Eat Better
Join us at the
library as we host the Eat Together, Eat Better program presented by
Lisa Goodall, the Ohio State University Extension Family Nutrition
Program Assistant in Miami County. Many families are finding with
adults working outside the home and children involved in many after
school activities, there is little time left to sit down to family
meals. Goodall will explain the important of sitting down together
with your family as well as offer tips on quick, nutritious cooking
tips that include many crock pot recipes. Samples will be available
the night of the program along with a door prize drawing. There is no
cost for the program, but space is limited so please call the library
at 937.773.6753 or
email to reserve your spot.
